We were informed in the fall of 2015 that our taxes and assessments were insufficient to meet the costs of County Fire's services to Wonder Valley. Division Fire Chief John Chamberlin provided us with four options to correct the shortfall. These are outlined in his PowerPoint presentation. We looked closely at each of these points.
This is a list of all the meetings and events we've had in our community to help us understand the issue and look for solutions. There are also resources in this list that were requested and these informed other meetings.
If you weren't able to go to the meetings everything is here. If you review the notes you'll be brought up to date and have a good understanding of what is going on.
