Vega Victoria is an indie-Americana singer-songwriter in the Bay Area, originally from Stockholm, Sweden. Her debut EP The Long Embrace was recorded and produced by Ben Tanner, band member of the Grammy-award winning band Alabama Shakes, in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Revered songwriter Dylan LeBlanc calls her songs "haunting, beautiful...extremely well crafted". Her music is shaped by longing, loss, and love, and pulses with intense emotion, that legendary Muscle shoals sound, and a fascination with the open road.
Grant Earl LaValley is an American singer-songwriter who left Ohio for the California desert. His dark, cinematic soundscapes have a glowing undertow of tenderness, vulnerability, and mystery. A kindred spirit with contemporary songwriters like Ryley Walker, LaValley also conjures images of a gothic Gene Clark collaborating with a desert-dwelling Bonnie “Prince” Billy---with the blessing of Townes Van Zandt.
